FunCakes Rollfondant ist extrem flexibel, geschmeidig und aufgrund seiner feinen Struktur und Kneteigenschaften leicht zu verarbeiten. Der Fondant bleibt ziemlich lange geschmeidig, sodass er während der Verarbeitung nicht austrocknet.

Um eine runde Torte mit einem Durchmesser von 24-26 cm vollkommen einzudecken benötigen Sie ca. 500 g Fondant.

Wenn Sie zum Beispiel Dekorationen herstellen möchten, können Sie pro 250 g Fondant 1 gehäuften Teelöffel Tylo Pulver hinzufügen (CMC Pulver).

Vor Gebrauch den Fondant gut durchkneten und anschließend auf einer dünnen Schicht Bäckerstärke ausrollen.

Zutaten: Zucker, pflanzliches Fett (Palmkern, Palmöl), Glukosesirup, Wasser, Feuchtigkeitsmittel: E422, Emulgator: E471, Bindemittel: E415, E466, natürliches Aroma, Konservierungsmittel: E200, Säuremittel E330, Farbstoff E150c, E171 Kann Spuren von Mandeln enthalten. Dieses Produkt ist Halal und Koscher zertifiziert und glutenfrei nach NL-090-042.
